Margaux is shown finishing with her 3rd major at the Irish Setter of Arizona Specialty in Feb. 2012. We are so proud of this lovely moving girl, with the most delightful temperament one could ever ask for.
Just starting to move.
Going a little overboard!!
Getting it together. Lovely and effortless. I never feel her move when I hold the lead.
Shown going Best of Winners under Charles Trotter for another major. These were large shows, so this was a very nice win.
Margaux now has 9 pts. and a major towards her Championship. She's slow coming into coat, and of course, we are still working her in the field. We're getting there in both catagories!!
Margaux loves getting out in the field again. She finished her Junior Hunter with 4 straight passes, and is now working on Senior Hunter. We continue to have a lot of fun. Nov. 27, 2010
Margaux has "old home week" with her best hunting buddy, Bode and co-owned Rio (who is out of the Journey/Marx litter and lives with Pam Gale). Just getting started are Treasure (Dk. Pink Girl) and Torrey (Blue Boy) both from the Justin/Izzie litter.
Taking a little break to catch her breath!
Not as staunch as usual, but still finding those birds!
Margaux in the 12-18 bitch class.
Pretty moving.
More.
Oh those long, long ears!!
Starting to do it right.
14 months old and starting to mature. 6/10
Seems pretty proud of herself.
Margaux made the cut in 12-15 Sweeps class at the National under judge Will Alexander.
Tom, my husband, and I took several of the dogs to his place in NE Colorado to have some fun on birds. This is Margaux saying "oh, what's in there!!" 3/6/10
The end to a very nice day in the field. 2/27/10 - what a difference a week makes.
Such a cold, snowy, foggy day for training. The dogs (Margaux and Bode) had a ball...so did we!
Ok, what do I do next? Photos - 2/20/10
Not that old fashion point, but still pretty interested in the bird.
Looking good.
Margaux shown taking her first points in Tucson from tht 6-9 class.
